Was going to suggest unlinking from activision but then realized they dont allow banned accounts to be unlinked. If you have the game purchased on a console, i assume (well as for Xbox), if the account you purchase the game on is the main account on your console, and hte console is set to your "Home Xbox/Home PS4/5" in preferences, you can just make a new account on your console to play.

If anyone wants to play any blops 1 zombie's let me know and ima look into blops 3 zombies tooo! I can still find black ops 1 kino lobbies quite easily (pc) and the game is way more alive on consoles. The most active treyarch game on steam though is bo3 with around 3k players average. Yoo!

Select local instead, then you can play custom games which are solo. OP asked about PC so there is no PSN, XBL or offline mode for Black Ops 2.
